I'm usually not very out with asking for help, but here goes.
Seeing those MMD pictures with amazing quality around deviantart made me want to get Photoshop.
I got it today...
But I have no clue how the whole "quality thing" works. I've played around with it and such and looked at tutorials, but I still don't understand a single thing.
I have Photoshop CS6.
Could anyone help?
